Makes – 2 Large Servings or 4

Medium Servings 200g – Pasta of your choice (I used Fettuccine)

1 – Brown Onion, Diced

4 – Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced 200g – Portobello Mushrooms

1/4 Cup – Flat Leaf Parsley,

Chopped 1/4 Cup – Oregano,

Roughly Chopped 1/4 Cup – Basil,

Thinly Sliced 8 – Chicken Tenderloins,

Cut in Thirds 1 Cup – Baby Spinach

2 Tbs – Ghee (Clarified Butter) 1 Tbs – Olive Oil 3/4 Cup –

Parmesan Cheese, Grated 3/4 Cup – Sun-dried Tomatoes,

Cut into Strips

1 Tbs – Sun-dried Tomato Oil

600ml – Heavy Cream Seasoning to Taste
