Stockton Heath Festival 2019
Spring is in the air and so is the Stockton Heath Festival 2019. Saying goodbye cold nights, and hello longer days means that for the Festival organisers, all eyes are already on Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th July 2019. You can be sure that music and deliciously tempting aromas from the food stalls will be in the air once more as the village and the surrounding area celebrates Festival-time!
The long Festival weekend is about bringing music, art and culture to life with plenty of entertainment for children and adults. The ongoing success of the event is also about drawing together businesses – including those who support the Festival through sponsorship – and the local community in celebration. While the 2018 Festival was hailed ‘a scorcher’ due to the soaring temperature and long, balmy summer nights, the 2019 Festival will once again showcase quality theatre, craft, film and more.
There are plenty of activities back by popular demand including Motown Gold, gaming and virtual reality, The Tempest at Grappenhall Walled Gardens, children’s concerts, Golborne Brass Band, and a packed Festival Field. In addition to Festival favourites is one of the North West’s premier folk groups the Houghton Weavers, plus ‘Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Carpets Oasis Tribute band’ and changes to the some of the popular competitions. Watch this space for more updates.
If your business would like to support the Festival via a sponsorship package, or you would like to get more involved as a volunteer, please contact the Festival organisers.
